Study the new curriculum standard

Curriculum standards clarify the direction, and curriculum standards lead the classroom. In order to promote the professional growth of young teachers and improve their effective teaching literacy, the Mathematics Teaching and Research Group of Jiangwai Primary School launched a teaching and research activity on September 7, 2022 with the theme of "Study the New Curriculum Standards, Empower and Grow Together", aiming at the interpretation of the Mathematics Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition).

At the beginning of the seminar, Mr. Tang Qin shared with everyone the curriculum nature, curriculum concept and curriculum standards pointed out in the "Standards". She also emphasized the main performance of the core literacy of mathematics in primary school and the general goal of mathematics teaching in primary school.

Teacher Wang Lei and Teacher Ding Xiaofeng shared the specific connotations, connections, and changes compared with the 2011 version of the curriculum standards in the "Standards", including "Numbers and Algebra", "Graphics and Geometry", "Statistics and Probability" and "Synthesis and Practice". Guide teachers to quickly grasp the content and changes of the new curriculum standards, truly implement the new educational concepts and basic requirements in classroom teaching practice, and improve teachers’ ability and level of implementing the new curriculum standards.

Sharing that teachers are well-prepared and explain brilliantly, all teachers listen carefully and record in detail, gaining a deeper understanding of the direction and concepts of the new curriculum standards.
