  In the past two years, the Han family has carried out 17 OTA upgrades around the three dimensions of intelligent travel, human-computer interaction and car experience, and the annual OTA has become a tradition. On the first anniversary of listing, the three functions of HUAWEI HiCar, RPA’s external automatic parking assistance function and rhythmic music atmosphere light have been pushed hard, allowing users to continuously unlock a smarter and more interesting driving experience. On the occasion of the second anniversary of listing, the intellectual interest of the Han family struck and came with six major functions.

  Two advanced driver assistance functions are added to bring a safer travel experience.

  In terms of intelligent driving assistance function, two high-level configurations, namely, HWA high-speed driving assistance function and dTCS distributed traction control system, came together, greatly improving the level of driving assistance.

  The core purpose of HWA’s high-speed driving assistance function is to assist drivers to drive comfortably. Among them, ICC intelligent navigation can make the vehicle cruise control and keep the lane centered within the range of 0-130km/h, and realize automatic car following. ILCA interactive lane-changing control is also called the lever lane-changing assistance. When the vehicle speed is 60-130km/h, when the intelligent navigation mode is started, the user only needs to toggle the steering lever, and the system will automatically control the vehicle lane-changing on the premise of ensuring safety. The two functional algorithms have excellent control ability and strong practicability, which can not only effectively alleviate the fatigue of high-speed driving, but also improve driving safety. In the future, BYD will also integrate autonomous driving maps, continuously expand the use of roads, and further optimize its functional performance.

  Another big function dTCS distributed traction control system is specially designed for new energy vehicles. Its core value is to make the wheels not slip and become the "instinct" of the car. It can give full play to the performance advantages of electric vehicle motor with large torque direct feed, effectively improve the high comfort and stability of vehicle acceleration, and increase the speed of motor responding to dTCS torque request by about 10 times, so that tires can always maintain sufficient grip and improve driving safety. DTCS can effectively improve the vehicle’s acceleration stability when accelerating to start or turn quickly on low-adhesion roads, but it can also avoid excessive driving speed on both sides due to motor torque control delay, which will lead to differential wear. In addition, by reducing the transmission distance of torque signal, dTCS can control more accurately and quickly, reduce the user’s sense of acceleration and bring more comfortable driving experience.

  Four intellectual functions "get on the bus" to create a smart partner who knows you better.

  The Han family will also promote the four functions of DiTrainer coaching mode, full scene intelligent voice, NVH active voice and intelligent power on and off to enhance the user’s smart car experience.

  DiTrainer coaching mode links the car terminal and the mobile phone terminal, creating two new functions of intelligent driving and driving level for users. Among them, the brand-new intelligent driving function focuses on the purpose of "escort", and has formulated three dimensions and four functions of "city companion driving, high-speed escort and car care". Car owners can independently choose the combination of functional schemes and the way of reminding, and truly understand the needs of users while escorting. The driving level function can scientifically and reasonably analyze the current driving level of users and give the evaluation of driving level. Through the linkage with the vehicle terminal, the APP terminal generates relevant evaluation and driving report according to the analysis of the user’s driving behavior, and is equipped with an achievement medal and an answering platform, which is entertaining and helping to improve the user’s driving ability.

  Another interesting function-full-scene intelligent voice, adds continuous dialogue, visible speaking (supporting functions: intelligent voice assistant, media center, Bluetooth phone) and four-tone function, plus the existing children’s voice recognition, ecological access, partial voice functions available offline, and full coverage of high-frequency car control functions, which adds fun and convenience to family travel.

  In addition, the Han family also brought the NVH active sound with Chinese style, and designed the upper and lower electroacoustic and pedestrian warning sounds with reference to the timbre of the popular musical instrument Guzheng in the Han Dynasty. After parking, the user can not only press the start button to turn off the power, but also use the electronic key to lock the power outside the car when the gear is in the P position (when there are people or pets in the car, the car can only be locked but not turned off), which improves the convenient car experience.
